For security, deletion requests must be submitted after signing in as the same customer or rider account. Customers verify by OTP. Riders verify by password.

What gets deleted

Profile details such as name, phone, email and app access may be removed or anonymized after review.

What may be retained

Order, payment, COD, payout, dispute, tax, safety and legal records may be retained where required.

Requests are reviewed first. Approved deletion is normally completed within the target period shown in your account.
